Inspire 1.0 Beta

Trust me, it's really a beta version. I'm on a trip to Yunnan, so I will release it first and try to perfect it after I return.
Something that you should note:

The center block will not be displayed. However, you should at least have one center block. Because this theme uses showcenterblock to judge whether it is frontpage or not.

If you want to add content to the showcase (blue area), modify theme.html. The file is well noted, so you should not have problems.

If you want to remove the right float bar (orange one), remove the corresponding code from theme.html

Before you apply it on your webiste, please make sure that you look through theme.html and make necessary amendment.

If you want the showcase (blue area) to display XOOPS blocks, you should try xoops tool module (This page is in Chinese, the module file is the attachment of the first post). It's not easy for newbies.

For Chinese Users Only: 如果你想修改成中文版，请根据你的XOOPS编码适当选择编码。
